This talk from R/GA's Kat Hahn (Associate Creative Director) was a great way to kick off the night. Illustrated by her own experiences Kat provided everyone in the room with advice on how women can get on in the advertising industry (still predominantly a men's world). We especially like her tip about "calling people out on their bullshit".
Kat ended her talk with some valuable portfolio advice for anyone trying to get a job as a creative in advertising. Although these tips apply to anyone with a portfolio.
