Swedish households throw away one million tonnes of food a each year. This wastes creates half a tonne of unnecessary carbon dioxide.

Swedish households throw away one million tonnes of food each year. This waste creates half a tonne of unnecessary carbon dioxide. 

The equivalent in money is 800 Euros simply thrown away. A large proportion of this food is past it's expiry date.

, one of Sweden's largest grocery stores with it's eco friendly philosophy was a perfect catalyst to raise awareness, change behaviours whilst building loyalty.Watch the video above.
