When he graduated, Adam Pacitti spent his last £500 on a billboard advert in a desperate attempt to find employment. It was a huge success.

This is Adam Pacitti and this is the billboard advert he bought after graduating in 2012. This, together with his website and a humorous video was Adam's answer to a disappointing application process. The campaign picked up traction and was featured in newspapers and on TV shows around the UK. And in case you were wondering, yes, Adam did land a job from his antics, at digital marketing and design agency Sea Change.
