I have been in the workplace from the age of 15. I have part-taken in various jobs from retail sales assistant, assistant junior merchandiser, assistant manager and interior design assistant. I completed my creative arts degree at Bath Spa University and graduated with a 1st for my art and a 2:1 for mixed media textiles. The years of experience I have acquired in customer service and University work has also allowed me to develop my interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills and my abilities in working in an environment of high pressure. I am confident with my knowledge and understanding of sourcing products and purchasing criteria. I am experienced in advertising and cost control. I have excellent team and coordination skills. I retain a high level of customer service satisfaction that I employ into all areas of my work. I have comprehensive experience with using computers and creating PowerPoint presentations. I have not only crafted my interpersonal and communication skills, I have virtuous use of time management and decision-making. I work productively in an environment of high pressure and feel confident with delegation.
