We returned for our second year running. Once again, we brought along an electric bunch of creative talent from the advertising and design industries (see them all below). Read the full story and watch the videos.

Gemma Germains, Well Made Studio

Gemma has been working in the creative industries for almost a decade (not counting that awful year in arts marketing). She’s been called a creative producer, head of communications, new business manager and PR assistant. Whatever the name, it’s her job to sell creativity. Well Made Studio have created work for the Arctic Monkeys, John Cooper Clarke and The Wombats.

David Adamson, Fallon

David started his career as a strategist at digital agency Start JudgeGill. After a short stint at Miami Ad School, he's found a new home at Fallon working on brands like Cadbury, giffgaff and Mikado. Fallon has created some of the most iconic advertising of our generation, including Cadbury Gorilla, Skoda Cake and Sony Balls and continues to push the boundaries of creativity with work like “Different Takes Guts” for Giffgaff.

Mel Arrow, BBH

Melanie is a strategist for BBH London. As well as working on the BA and Gordon's accounts. She's also Director of the BBH School of Ideas, an apprenticeship scheme to seek out, train and employ great talent. BBH are one of the founders of British advertising having produced many recognisable adverts such as Levi's Flat Eric, Johnnie Walker's 'Keep Walking', and Audi's 'Vorsprung durch Technik'.

Asad Shaykh, Founded

Asad Shaykh is a planner at Founded. After being a client for 4 years, he had a change of heart, succumbed to the dark side and did an MA in planning. He’s never looked back. His past experience spans data design, insight mining and brand management, across 3 continents. Whilst at Founded, he’s worked on TripAdvisor, Yazoo, Whirlpool, Logitech and BMI.
