Could this be our best line up yet? We visited Bournemouth University for the third consecutive year and this year we've brought along the top brass from AKQA as well as speakers representing A Thousand Monkeys, the Advertising Association and Brandpie. They all passed on experiences, careers advice and tips for landing a job.

Nick Turner Executive, Creative Director, AKQA
Nick was appointed Executive Creative Director in 2011, after more than 10 years at AKQA and has been instrumental in helping AKQA become the world’s largest and most awarded agency in its field. Nick himself has received a mass of UK, European and global awards including the Grand Prix at Cannes Lions.
Richard Spencer, Creative Director, A Thousand Monkeys
Life as a senior writer at the nation’s top ad agencies (including JWT, MBA and Y&R) has made Richard a stickler for good ideas and punchy copy. Among others, he’s weaved wordy magic for Mercedes, BT, Kellogg’s and Virgin. Richard now runs copywriting workshops around the country.
Ian Barber, Director of Communications, Advertising Association
Ian has had extensive experience in the communications industries. He has previously worked at Good Relations as a director and at Barclaycard, where he spent six years as head of PR. Ian joined the Advertising Association in 2010 who exist to champion the role of advertising, to protect its rights and to deliver its responsibilities.
