I work with business leaders to develop brand led transformation programs - like creating a new brand or helping to turn around a loss making brand, integrating an acquisition, modernising a tired brand or helping to make an organisation easier to navigate and buy from. I believe brand should be one of the key central organising thoughts around which a business is structured. Key for any corporation to build their brand is having a clear and motivating purpose.
My clients have included Lord Browne at BP (integration of Amoco, Aral and Castrol), Arun Sarin at Vodafone (world's biggest brand migration), Mark Weinberger at EY (creating 'Building a better working world' as their purpose and tagline) and most recently Ted Leonsis and Russ Ramsey (supporting the Washington DC bid to bring the Olympic Games to the city in 2024).
Prior to setting up BrandPie I worked with Martin Sorrell at WPP for 25 years, creating and leading Enterprise IG - now 'The Brand Union'.
