Having a constant need and respect for fresh ideas and young people, Saatchi & Saatchi run an awesome graduate scheme every year. This year was no different, except they had the force of the FutureRising network behind them.
The door offered 5 successful applicants 1 year’s paid placement in house. Covering account management, planning, project management, tv production and development, the applicants rotate through the business before being places into an agency role.
There was a detailed five step process to get in the door, a direct relation to the five steps that everyone at Saatchi & Saatchi takes to get in the door every day.
Using our powers of targeting the perfect people to apply to the door, FutureRising promoted the opportunity through events, direct email and social media. Because of the data captured on our platform through student and graduate profiles, we were able to identify and encourage those who would be available, have the required skills and academic achievements to apply.
