WHY YOU SHOULD COME ALONG
Brands don’t communicate for the sake of it.
There is purpose behind everything a brand does and a reason why it's trying to earn your attention. Planners help define what that purpose might be, inspire ideas that will solve problems for the brands they've been created for
and guide creative work to be as effective as it can be.
Join us for a day of exploration into why Planners build strategy how they discover insights that will lead to great ideas and what they write into creative briefs; all with the intention of using the power of creativity to create impact for brands.
Senior Planner, Saatchi & Saatchi
David is a Senior Planner at Saatchi & Saatchi where he creates strategy for HSBC and terminal illness charity Marie Curie. He’s worked on brands including Mikado, Cheestrings, Benecol and Barclays and spent nearly three years working on Cadbury, developing campaigns such as Free The Joy, the New Milk Tray Man and Cadbury’s largest ever christmas campaign, Cadvent. He's an alumni and former ‘Top Dog’ of Miami Ad School and really really likes post-it-notes.
