Ross Bousfield is a well-presented, articulate, motivated and focused individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he has undertaken. Since the age of 10, Ross has been passionate about music by learning to play the drums with local Nottingham musician Jim Farey.
Throughout his teens, Bousfield has developed a work ethic that has shaped his career so far by winning most improved student in 2012 at the Kimberley School. Bousfield cites that he changed his tune to learning when he looked for his next educational destination upon leaving Kimberley and decided that he was going to pursue a career in the technical side of the music industry.
Currently his final year at the London College of Music situated within the University of West London sphere, Ross attributes his education as a great starting block for his career at the New College Nottingham and the University of Derby respectively. These establishments have given Bousfield first class education into the technical side of the music industry by giving him the platform and confidence he needs. These establishments have also set a precedent for Bousfield to work from, by giving him the foundation and tools required to earn a living in different environments in the music industry.
