My planning passion is uncovering and understanding consumer behaviour, which can lead to fantastic insights into the category, rituals, brand perceptions, and barriers. I try to always use a consumer behaviour or consumer trend insight for my briefs.
My category/client experience is predominately in FMCG with pre-packaged food/grocery products and retail. Recently, I have been working a lot in the alcohol sector with spirits and wine. Through both experience and exposure, I have come to understand that my passion lies with brands & clients where I have the ability to help define and develop NPD/Innovation projects working directly with clients, to uncover and understand consumer and category behaviour and see where the opportunities lie.
